Payment can be made by credit card by clicking on the Registration tab.
  • What is your refund policy?
A skater who chooses to withdraw from a Full Time QFSC program (October-March) will be eligible for a refund only within the first four weeks from their start date. Any refund will not include the Skate Canada Fee, the Skate New Brunswick Skater fee, or the 3% administrative fee. Once the season starts, no refunds will be issued for our January start programs or for our Spring, Summer, or September seasons.
  • What is your storm policy?
If school is cancelled due to weather, all programs will run as long as the rink is open. Parents, please use your discretion, the final decision is yours. Safety should always be your number one priority. Normally the arena will remain open during periods of stormy weather unless the Town's Extreme Weather Policy is enforced. Closures will be posted on the Town’s web site or on their social media. You can contact the Quispamsis Memorial Arena at 849-5720 or check for updates on QFSC's Facebook page.
  • What is your guest skating policy?
Non QFSC members (at the Star 1 Level) will be permitted to guest skate during a requested session at the discretion of the board and head coach (based on numbers and ice availability). The fee during our regular season (October to March) is $25 per session. Guest skating is not permitted the week before a competition. For guest skating fees for other seasons, please contact us at qfsc.register@gmail.com
  • What happens if skating is cancelled?
There will be a few cancelled skating days during the season due to hockey tournaments, figure skating competitions or holidays when the arena is closed. Please take note that cancelled days were taken into consideration when calculating program pricing.
  • What is the helmet policy?
All Pre-CanSkate, CanSkate and Advanced Canskate skaters MUST wear a CSA approved hockey helmet or they will not be permitted on the ice. Please check expiry dates and condition of helmets.
  • Is there fundraising?
Throughout the skating season, QFSC holds a number of non-mandatory fundraisers. Money raised from all club fundraisers is used to help with the general daily operations of the club such as ice fees, coaching fees, supplies, teaching tools, badges and ribbons, special treats, etc. Please note that skaters who choose to compete do so solely at their own expense and do not receive funding from the club. We would like to thank everyone for their support over the years and hope that you will continue to support the clubs fundraising efforts.
  • Is there a family discount?
At this time there is no family discount.
